Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance.
• HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Certification in pool operation preferred.
• Read, write and understand English.
