Job summary

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas seeks a Temporary Hotel Shop Maintenance Engineer to support hotel operations by maintaining and repairing boilers, compressors, and related systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and complete work orders on a variety of equipment essential to the property's operations.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED, have basic diagnostic tools knowledge, can read blueprints, and are able to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Working knowledge of diagnostic tools (Amp Meters, Voltmeters, OHM Meters, Pressure Gauges).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacture maintenance guidelines.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment related to boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators and related systems.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair ride systems and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems on ride systems and auxiliary equipment.
• Complete work orders and walk daily routes to make necessary repairs.
