About the Role

The Maintenance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a facility, particularly in hotel environments. This position is responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of complex systems such as boilers, refrigeration units, compressors, and chilled water systems to maintain optimal performance and safety standards. The Maintenance Engineer will implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment, thereby supporting the overall guest experience and operational efficiency. Collaboration with other departments and external vendors is essential to coordinate repairs and upgrades while adhering to regulatory compliance and safety protocols. Minimum Qualifications
