Marathon Courtyard is seeking a full-time Maintenance Engineer in Florida to perform upkeep, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of ice machines, refrigeration units and air handling systems. Qualifications

• Two years of hotel maintenance experience preferred; franchised hotel experience a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact positively with hotel personnel and provide prompt solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for ice machines, refrigeration units and air handling units.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by handling guest complaints and maintaining standards.
• Follow safety rules, procedures and security protocols; assist with inventories as scheduled.
• Evening, weekend and holiday hours may be required.
