Mr C. Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for the Rise Uptown Hotel in Phoenix.

You will respond to service calls promptly, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with electricians, carpenters, and other trades to complete repairs and improvements.

Qualifications

• Hotel engineering experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Vocational training or apprenticeship with licensure where required.
• Strong communication and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls within 30 minutes of notification.
• Diagnose defects, troubleshoot malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Follow departmental procedures for repair, maintenance, alteration and installation work.
• Comply with applicable codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with electricians, carpenters, painters and night engineers to complete tasks.
