Competenze

• Strong skills in Maintenance Engineering and maintenance & repair for building systems and hotel facilities.
• Experience with equipment maintenance including troubleshooting, replacement and calibration of hotel machinery.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance practices to ensure reliable operation and reduced equipment failures.
• Knowledge of electrical maintenance, basic repairs, safety protocols, and working with contractors when needed.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, safety procedures, and work orders.
• Comfort with using maintenance management systems and basic computer tools.
