Job summary

Choice Hotels International, Inc. invites applications for a part-time Maintenance Engineer at Radisson Hotel La Crosse. The role supports repairs, preventative maintenance and safety across hotel spaces, with weekend shifts and occasional weekday hours.

Experience is not required; on-the-job training is provided. Candidates should be able to lift up to 100 pounds, and hold a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a background check and E-Verify where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a driving record check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reports of non-functioning equipment immediately.
• Maintain and update a logbook of equipment needing repair.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Repair furniture, carpets, tile, windows and decorations as needed.
• Keep rooms and lobbies in good operating condition and safe.
• Adhere to hotel policies and work a flexible schedule.
