The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hotel front desk or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and reliability. The job requires availability for nights and weekends and may involve some local driving.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year hotel front desk or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a driving record check.
• Experience with Opera system is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins/outs and daily front desk operations.
• Answer phones, manage reservations and guest inquiries.
• Maintain lobby and front desk area with a professional appearance.
• Assist guests with special requests and provide superior service.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
