Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR).
• Willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation, maintenance and repair of hotel equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, including minor repairs and touch-ups.
• Maintain and service HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and other hotel systems.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, report findings to Front Desk.
• Support housekeeping and guest services as needed.
• Maintain stock of mechanical items and tools and report supply needs.
