Kansas City Speedway KS Homewood is seeking a Hotel Engineer/Maintenance role with a focus on guest relations and site upkeep. You will greet guests, ensure spotless spaces, and support events while maintaining safety and quality standards across the property.

Ideal candidates bring a can-do attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. A technical/ vocational background is preferred and a 2+ year facility or hospitality track record helps. On-site schedule required.

Formación

• Technical, trade or vocational degree preferred.
• Minimum two years' work experience in a commercial facility, hospitality or related field preferred.
• Must be able to follow guidelines and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and consistently, using names when possible.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel.
• Support and assist guests with requests, ensuring satisfaction.
• Report maintenance and safety issues promptly to supervisors.
• Communicate clearly with team members and guests to ensure a welcoming environment.
