The role requires routine maintenance, strong safety awareness, and collaboration with management to propose cost-effective improvements. Weekend and holiday coverage is expected, with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospitality-related experience.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace to facilitate communication.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA and be able to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine walk-throughs and assess safe and efficient maintenance of the property and related systems.
• Regularly check and complete routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, ballrooms, hotel rooms, back of house spaces, and grounds.
• Use excellent customer service and communication skills in interactions with guests and staff.
• Follow Energy Management, Water Conservation, and Preventive Maintenance programs.
