Job summary

CCC Management II LLC is seeking an Engineer for Paso Robles Inn to maintain the property, including food/beverage facilities, building systems, and guest areas. The role emphasizes proactive care, safety, and exceptional guest service.

You will perform routine maintenance, support energy and preventive programs, and coordinate with the Engineer Manager on facility conditions and cost-effective improvements. Requires hospitality experience and OSHA knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Hospitality Related Experience.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace to facilitate productive communication.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA and ability to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine walk-throughs to assess maintenance and operation of the hotel facilities and equipment.
• Regularly perform maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, ballrooms, hotel rooms, back of house spaces, and grounds.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with guests, including porterage and guest requests.
