Renaissance Columbus Hotel, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks an engineer to join our Engineering team in downtown Columbus. You will perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and building systems, complete work orders, and handle routine repairs with safe use of tools and equipment.

Certifications are a plus, and customer satisfaction is a priority. Two years of hotel, apartment, or building maintenance experience is required, including painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers

Qualifications

• At least two years in general hotel, apartment or building maintenance.
• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, boilers, and mechanical systems.
• Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel rooms and building systems.
• Handle routine and major repairs and complete work orders.
• Utilize hand and power tools, chemicals and heavy machinery safely.
