Qualifications

• Two years of experience in general hotel, apartment or building maintenance.
• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, boilers and mechanical systems.
• Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance of hotel rooms and general hotel maintenance.
• Perform routine and major repairs and complete work orders to high standards.
• Work with hand and power tools, chemicals and heavy machinery.
