Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and maintenance tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment and systems to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve maintenance issues with courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
