Job summary

HCW Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to keep our Chandler hotel running smoothly. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot systems, and respond to guest requests to ensure a safe, comfortable stay.

The ideal candidate has experience in building maintenance with strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical knowledge, plus the flexibility to work afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of systems and equipment.
• Open PM (Afternoon) availability.
• Excellent time management and organized work style.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM preventive maintenance tasks to extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests for maintenance.
• Maintain building exterior, interior, and grounds for safety and appearance.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete projects.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
