Solé Miami, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for its Sunny Isles property. The role focuses on repairing HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance on boilers and chillers, and ensuring compliance with codes.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in a similar setting, with HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, ability to read blueprints, and a proactive, safety-conscious approach. Company benefits include health coverage and career growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience of 2-5 years preferred in commercial or institutional maintenance environment.
• HVAC or plumbing or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper.
• Certification in pool operation preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
• Read, write and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Make repairs to hotel air conditioning system: change filters, clean coils, replace motors.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment (boilers, chillers, HVAC, electrical, etc.).
• Take required readings on equipment.
• Test cooling tower and record readings.
• Replace and program televisions as needed.
• Replace light switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures.
• Perform furniture repair.
• Replace and repair pumps.
• Perform plumbing repairs (clogged drains, copper pipe, etc).
• Understand and read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Trace and repair all types of water lines.
• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment.
• Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records.
• Perform and maintain work to local, state and Federal codes.
• Test, clean and repair swimming pools and spas.
• Paint designated areas.
• Repair and finish sheet rock.
• Repair all types of wall coverings.
• Repair and program hotel electronic lock system.
