Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure the comfort and safety of guests and staff by performing maintenance on building systems and grounds. The role covers HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool care, and preventative maintenance across the facility.

The position requires physical stamina, ability to work with common hand and electrical tools, and readiness to handle repairs that support guest services and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in preventive maintenance and repairs across building systems.
• Ability to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Capability to work with ladders, stooping, crawling, and lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains and repairs equipment according to standards, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Performs carpentry, painting and pool maintenance tasks as needed.
• Inspects and maintains hotel plant and equipment; documents repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinates with other departments to minimize impact on rooms and amenities.
• Participates in fire brigade/emergency response and health/OSHA inspections.
