Qualifications

• Certified or proficient in three or more hotel maintenance areas including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Provides guidance to less experienced engineers.
• Keeps accurate records on assigned tasks.
• Three years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in hotel areas requiring HVAC, plumbing and electrical expertise.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope and notify management as needed.
• Use computer to receive work orders and log work performed.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and keep tools in good order.
• Inspect and replace parts throughout the property as needed.
