Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Pullman Miami Airport property is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to perform a range of maintenance trade functions, including installation, repair, and upkeep of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, tile work, and the preventative maintenance program. • Experience in maintaining hotel/resort facilities.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform electrical repairs on appliances, wiring, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.
• Repair woodwork, doors/windows, carpeting, and wall surfaces.
• Carry out general mechanical maintenance on pumps, heaters, and other equipment.
• Keep logs and reports as required by policy; submit in a timely manner.
