Job summary

PAH Management in Charlotte, NC seeks a hands-on Engineer responsible for daily operations of the hotel's Engineering Department, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems. You will help keep the property safe, compliant, and running smoothly behind the scenes, communicating clearly with guests and team members.

This role requires proactive problem-solving, the ability to work independently under pressure, and a willingness to participate in energy conservation and routine

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• General knowledge of technical fields such as carpentry, painting, and electrical work.
• Ability to work well in a team atmosphere and make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the hotel's electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems to keep the property safe and running smoothly.
• Conduct site inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assist with administration of vendor contracts and special projects.
• Respond promptly to service calls and equipment issues, including programming hotel electronic locks.
