Doubletree West Palm Beach Airport is seeking an Engineering Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role maintains the hotel’s operation and appearance, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel maintenance or engineering experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR and first aid training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs hotel-wide.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest calls.
• Inspect equipment, systems, and facilities regularly.
• Maintain pools, grounds, lighting, and exteriors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Assist with painting, carpentry, drywall, and minor renovations.
• Keep accurate logs and work orders.
• Support after-hours emergencies and urgent needs.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments for guest satisfaction.
