Qualifications

• 2+ years of work-related experience in a commercial facility, hospitality or related field preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and document completion through the electronic work order system.
• Perform preventative maintenance on rooms and public spaces.
• Ensure safety measures are followed and health codes upheld; report emergencies to supervisor and GM.
• Conduct full property walks at the start and end of each shift; note and complete maintenance needs.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and well-organized during shifts and before departure.
