Peachtree Group Hospitality Management is hiring a Maintenance Engineer for Home2 Suites by Hilton Ashburn, VA. You will maintain hotel assets, perform preventive maintenance, respond to requests, and help ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools and power tools
• Inspect electrical systems, lighting, HVAC and plumbing and complete simple repairs
• Service hotel pool, maintain exterior and curb appeal
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms
• Document maintenance work orders and upgrade requests
• Communicate with other departments about guest room conditions
• Attend trainings and meetings as required by management
