Renaissance Allentown Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to keep the property's facilities, equipment and guest rooms in top condition. The role requires hands-on maintenance, quick troubleshooting, and coordination with other departments.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience required, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general building systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Good communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to guest room maintenance requests.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections of guest rooms, equipment, and common areas.
• Maintain and repair lighting, fixtures, appliances, and other hotel equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel maintenance procedures.
• Assist with general upkeep of the property, including painting, carpentry, and minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and completed repairs.
• Work closely with other departments to address maintenance needs.
