Job summary

DREAMWEAVER HOTELS LLC in Lincolnshire, IL is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs to keep guest areas safe and comfortable. You will also support special projects, assist with compliance, and collaborate with departments to maintain operational excellence.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and upholds quality standards in a 24/7 hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Responding to engineering service calls.
• Completing maintenance request work orders from all departments in a timely basis.
• Performing preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.
• Ensuring that equipment is working properly.
• Complete all work assigned in a safe and professional manner.
• Maintain communication with Chief Engineer to ensure that all needed materials, tools and supplies are available or on order.
