Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a energetic, hands-on Maintenance Engineer for El Rey Court in Santa Fe, NM. You will oversee grounds, public areas and guest rooms, performing preventative maintenance and timely repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.

• Inspect fixtures, lighting and signage; maintain spare parts inventory.
• Respond to maintenance orders promptly and complete work orders.
• Conduct daily rounds and report issues.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
