Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic, hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Santa Fe, NM. The role is part-time, with duties including grounds, public areas, and guest room maintenance, preventive upkeep, and timely response to work orders.

Qualified candidates will have HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge, plus strong communication and guest service focus. Benefits are offered, including health options and 401k.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Check fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation; stock spare parts and bulbs.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly.
• Fulfills work orders promptly.
• Completes daily rounds, identifying and reporting problems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
