Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in hotel, resort, commercial or institutional maintenance preferred.
• HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills required.
• Light carpentry and painting/wallpaper knowledge.
• Pool operation certification preferred.
• Meet minimum age requirements of jurisdiction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
• Read, write and understand English.
