Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Engineer to repair, maintain, and service according to hotel standards. You will assist in other Engineering areas as assigned and interact with guests and staff to resolve maintenance requests.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Chief Engineer on daily tasks, organizing materials, and ensuring adherence to safety and preventive maintenance programs. Physical tasks include lifting up to 100 lbs and working with various tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Required certificate from college or technical school in facilities, maintenance or engineering or a combination of experience.

Responsabilités

• Receive daily work assignments from the Chief Engineer.
• Organize materials, tools and equipment to perform daily assignments.
• Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with preventive maintenance program.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete room preventative maintenance for assigned guest rooms.
