Qualifications

• Experience in general trades such as light plumbing, minor electrical, painting, drywall, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel rooms and public areas.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance calls from guests or other departments.
• Resolve guest requests to their satisfaction and prioritize maintenance issues.
• Perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems; test and troubleshoot as needed.
• Inspect work, release rooms back to service, and complete maintenance logs in PMS or equivalents.
• Maintain tools and equipment; train staff and share knowledge.
