Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Maintenance Engineer for the Renaissance Indianapolis North. You will perform general upkeep across mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and execute repairs to ensure guest comfort and safety.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Compensation starts at $20.00/hour with benefits and growth opportunities in a world-class property.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance roles at hotels or resorts.
• Knowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).
• Engaging personality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Repair electrical systems, switches, fixtures and motors.
• Repair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains and sanitary systems.
• Repair woodwork, wall coverings, doors, windows and carpeting.
• Maintain pumps, compressors, water heaters and other equipment.
• Keep logs and prepare reports of completed tasks.
