Job summary

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City is seeking a dedicated Engineering professional to maintain building systems, including kitchen and laundry equipment. The role requires hands-on maintenance, problem solving, and a readiness to work overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal candidates will bring prior hotel engineering experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach to ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel engineering or facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work overnight, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain large commercial equipment including kitchen, laundry and mechanical systems.
• Perform plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.
• Assist with shift coverage in other Engineering areas.
• Follow a 5-day work week and Hyatt Touch standards.
