Responsibilities

• Build professional and informative interactions with guests and staff.
• Complete allocated work orders daily or report inadequate orders for rescheduling.
• Comply with hotel processes to perform maintenance, installation, or repair as needed.
• Experience with painting, spackle, light plumbing and electrical.
• Use ladders and access elevated areas.
• Record and report boiler readings and maintain logs for shifts.
