Job summary

Nugget is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a range of maintenance concerns across the property. You will document work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe operation of all equipment and systems.

The role requires CPO and state journeyman certifications, with strong communication to guests and team members. Daily tasks include inspections, safety reporting, and collaboration with management while maintaining a professional image

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as journeyman plumber, electrician, or similar required.
• EPA card and Universal Card Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and respond to the work order system and document work performed as necessary.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems on the property.
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely and efficient manner and document work performed as necessary.
• Initiate and respond to preventive maintenance programs.
• Perform inspections and routine preventive maintenance to ensure safe operation of all equipment and systems.
• Identify and repair plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment as appropriate.
• Serve as an emergency response team member during crises.
• Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
