Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic, experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore team in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance of hotel facilities, guest rooms, and public areas, with emphasis on safety and service quality.

Qualified candidates will have hotel maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Oversees hotel grounds, public areas, and guest rooms maintenance.
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Checks fixtures, lighting, and signs; maintains spare parts inventory.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly and completes work orders timely.
• Completes daily rounds and reports problems; performs additional duties as assigned.
