Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic FT Maintenance Engineer for voco The Tuxon, an IHG hotel, to join our team in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on proactive maintenance of hotel systems and guest areas, ensuring safety and comfort for guests and staff.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience in hotels, strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas, and guest rooms.
• Performs preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Paints and maintains electrical fixtures; checks lighting and signs.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly and completes work orders.
• Conducts daily rounds and reports issues found.
