Schulte Hospitality Group seeks an energetic Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a New York property. The role centers on preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry to uphold brand standards in guest areas and rooms.

Responsibilities include overseeing grounds and public spaces, responding to maintenance orders, completing daily rounds, and coordinating with leadership to ensure safety and quality. A 2+ year hotel maintenance background is preferred.

Competenze

• 2+ years in hotel maintenance or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.

Mansioni

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.
• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Check fixtures, lighting, and signs; stock spare parts and bulbs.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly and completes work orders.
• Perform daily rounds and identify/report problems.
• Other duties as assigned.
