Qualifications

• 2–3 years in hotel maintenance preferred
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry
• Ability to read manuals and schematics and troubleshoot equipment

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms
• Performs preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns
• Checks fixtures, lighting, and signs; maintains spare parts inventory
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly and completes work orders
• Conducts daily rounds and reports problems
• Performs additional duties as assigned
