Qualifications

• Six to twelve months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read & write in English.
• Ability to communicate with guests with tact & diplomacy.
• General carpentry, exterior/interior finishing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, FF&E, and information systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Exceed guest and team member expectations.
• Maintain PM schedule daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Maintain electronic and hardcopy PM task files.
• Coordinate inspections with city, state, and federal bodies.
• Maintain emergency action plan and safety protocols.
• Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
