Job summary

InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport is seeking a Maintenance/Engineer to join our team. You will maintain the rooms preventive maintenance program, respond to guest requests, assist with repairs, and work with managers to recommend service solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Rooms Preventive Maintenance Program and keep updated records.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist guests with hotel property knowledge, guest room repairs, and common area maintenance.
• Work with managers to recommend maintenance service solutions.
• Ensure a clean and safe work area in compliance with regulations.
