InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport is seeking a Guest Services Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel at the Minneapolis airport.

You will manage check-ins/check-outs, reservations, guest requests, and key distribution while delivering warm, efficient service. The role requires hotel front desk experience and cash handling skills; fluent English is a must, and you should be able to stand for up to 8 hours.

Qualifications

• Front desk/hospitality experience required.
• Cash handling experience essential.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking of English mandatory.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes and cancellations.
• Manage secure payment, verify and adjust billing, activate and distribute room keys.
• Relay messages and anticipate guest needs with a smile.
