Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance around the building (windows, doors, walls).
• Repair plumbing to prevent water damage and to keep fixtures usable.
• Repair damaged electrical wiring; address short circuits.
• Maintain HVAC equipment to ensure climate comfort.
• Paint and repair walls, trim, doors; manage minor repairs.
• Keep inventory and records of parts and supplies.
• Train maintenance staff and supervise contractors as needed.
