Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking an experienced hotel engineer to troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment, facilities, and systems including HVAC and electrical. You will perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and coordinate the maintenance staff to stay within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Customer Service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance around the building, including HVAC and electrical systems.
• Diagnose potential problems and coordinate maintenance staff.
• Repair plumbing, adjust fixtures, and maintain building HVAC equipment to ensure climate control.
• Inspect and repair minor issues in common areas and guest rooms.
• Maintain inventories of finishing supplies and safety documentation.
