The role involves preventive maintenance, quick response to issues, and collaboration with other technicians. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma or GED are required; hourly compensation is $24–$26.

• Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner.
• Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines.
• Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly.
• Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours.
• Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment.

Compensation

$24 - $26 hourly

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
• This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
• Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
