Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in maintenance.

• Experience with facilities maintenance software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open communication with team members and staff.
• Utilize a variety of maintenance tools (hammers, screwdrivers, drills, wrenches, indicators).
• Respond to emergencies before, during, and after shifts.
• Manage hotel machinery and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Address guest complaints related to building maintenance and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
• The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
• Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
• Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance

Responsibilities

• Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff
• Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade
• React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts
• Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
• Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
