The Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago, managed by VH Hospitality, seeks a Maintenance Helper–Engineering under Local 399 apprenticeship. You will support daily maintenance by addressing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs while performing RPM tasks in guest rooms.

Qualifications

• Performs basic maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Completes RPM work in guest rooms and handles service requests in a timely manner.
• Must be a Local 399 member per the union agreement.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Complete preventive maintenance (RPMs) in guest rooms with accuracy and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to guest and internal engineering service requests.
• Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance issues and injuries immediately.
