The role involves assisting guests and staff, coordinating with emergency responders when needed, and supporting security operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous security or loss prevention experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, or service-oriented environments preferred.
• Training in emergency response or safety procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property, including guest rooms and public areas, to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Enforce hotel safety, security, and loss prevention policies.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and unsafe behavior.
• Respond to incidents, assist during emergencies, and document actions.
• Prepare detailed reports and preserve evidence during investigations.
• Assist guests and team members courteously and address safety concerns.
• Provide directions and support VIP guests during events and peak periods.
• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct routine inspections for hazards or policy violations.
• Follow safety procedures, support audits, and maintain confidentiality.
• Participate in training sessions and department meetings; perform other duties as needed.
