Job summary

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; hospitality experience is a plus in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and public areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as required.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Maintain cleanliness and restocking of public restrooms.
• Ensure furniture, decor, and fixtures are clean and tidy.
• Monitor lobby appearance and address issues promptly.
• Respond to guest requests with courteous service.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
