Job summary

Shamin Hotels is hiring a Lobby Attendant for the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. You will keep public spaces guest-ready, including lobby, elevators, restrooms, fitness center, and pool areas.

You will push cleaning carts, mop, vacuum, and wipe surfaces, ensuring high-traffic areas stay spotless and stocked. You’ll respond promptly to spills and guest requests, delivering friendly, attentive service throughout your shift.

What you'll do:

• Clean and maintain public spaces: lobby, elevators, public restrooms, fitness center, and pool areas
• Push a cleaning cart and use equipment to mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces
• Keep high-traffic areas spotless and stocked throughout your shift
• Respond to spills and guest requests promptly

Schedule:

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend and holiday availability required as needed

What you'll need:

• Ability to stay on your feet for the full shift
• Able to push a cart, reach, bend, and lift as the job requires
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment (mop, vacuum, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, welcoming space
